Fabricated in-house from King StarBoard® marine-grade polymer, this part will not rot, delaminate or swell. It is machined to OEM tolerances and finished by hand, then shipped ready to install.
The polymer is UV stabilized throughout, so the color goes all the way through the sheet — scratches sand out and there is nothing to paint or varnish.
- King StarBoard® construction – marine-grade HDPE that will not rot, warp or delaminate.
- CNC machined – cut to OEM tolerances so it drops into the existing opening.
- Color through the sheet – no paint, no gelcoat, no varnish to maintain.
