Custom Size Starboard Boat Door
Build your own custom size boat door with Marine Moore's custom door calculator. This product is made from King Starboard, the marine standard for plastic components. You'll have your choice of color: white, artic white, black, or seafoam. You'll also be able to choose the exact dimensions (outer and cutout), hinge direction, and latch type.
- Frame: 3/4" thick starboard with backcut for a 3/4" flange and 1/2" frame profile from mounting surface
- Door: 1/2" thick door
- Latch: Flush slam latch, locking or non-locking, white, black, or stainless steel
Doors with 3/4” thick door frame, 1/2” thick door, choice of flush slam latch, ribbed stick-on gasket, drilled and countersunk mounting holes, 3/4” mounting flange, 1/2” frame profile from the mounting surface.

Fabricated in-house from King StarBoard® marine-grade polymer, this part will not rot, delaminate or swell. It is machined to OEM tolerances and finished by hand, then shipped ready to install.
The polymer is UV stabilized throughout, so the color goes all the way through the sheet — scratches sand out and there is nothing to paint or varnish.
